SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the current COVID-19 climate, we have put policies and procedures in place to best support and protect our staff. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed, plus estimated shipping times. 

 

Please note that estimated shipping times may be longer than usual. Once your package is dropped off at UPS/USPS, we have no control over shipping times. If your package appears to be lost, please file a claim with the shipping company and contact us at info@highcoolcat.com

 

Due to the nature of our products, we only offer exchanges if your product is defective or arrives damaged. If you want to exchange your item, we ask that you reach out to us within 14 days of your order. 

 

Please reach out to info@highcoolcat.com with your order number and a picture of your items, and we will provide you with a return label. 

 

Payment
